FAQ
Do you charge for any extra fees?
Extra images cost $10 each per additional photo.
An automatic travel fee will be applied to all photoshoots and will act as a deposit to reserve your date. A travel fee of $25 will be applied up to 40 miles away. A travel fee of $50 will be applied where the location is more than 40 miles away.
If you decide to move the location of your shoot after signing the session contract, 10% of your package cost will be added onto your overall quote.
If you decide to add an additional location after signing the session contract, 10% of your package cost will be added onto your overall quote.
The fee for use of a studio or prop rentals will vary based on the cost of the item and if it is for the use of a mini session event hosted by the photographer, in which case the fee will be split per client attending the event; or by single-client request, in which the client will cover the price of the rental in addition to the cost of the initial service.
Failure to initiate your payment in a timely manner as stated above will result in a late fee of 25% of your total balance due one week after your session. If you have informed the photographer that you wish to cancel your session after you have initiated payment, you will receive a 50% refund. This does NOT apply to no-shows or rescheduled sessions. If you have failed to attend your session, and have not initiated payment, the non-refundable travel fee used to secure your session will still need to be paid for the photographer's time, gas, research, and cost of materials.
What is your payment policy?

If you choose to pay in cash or check, it will be due the day of prior to shooting. When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos anywhere within 2 weeks to 8 weeks (sometimes more if it is for weddings, depending on how many hours of coverage was paid for). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, and choose your favorites!
How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I would be more than happy to tour the venue with you to get an accurate idea of where I can get the best shots for the special moments... and it''s really exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, and invites beforehand! Getting an idea on who your go-to person is to help navigate on the wedding day, whether a professional wedding coordinator, or close friend or family member, is always helpful to ensure things run smoothly and what event on the timeline is coming next. On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. If a second shooter is needed, that may be reflected in your overall quote. We will tackle the day, and it will all be so worth it!
How many pictures will we receive?
For accurate pricing and number of photos included in your gallery, please refer to the type of session desired listed above. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will help to narrow down the gallery to the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
How do I reserve my session?
Payment is due in full no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. What if I am late to my session?
If you have scheduled a full session without the use of rented studio space, a grace period of 15 minutes is allowed before the session is considered canceled via no show. A reschedule will be offered if you have informed the photographer that you wish to cancel your session, and a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued for failure to attend rescheduled sessions.

If you have booked a slot in a mini-session event and are late, your time will be deducted in order to keep the flow of the session. These will not be rescheduled. If the photographer allows, you may be offered to move your slot to the end of the event.
